So Jake’s bike snobbery is rubbing off.  I was talking to a coworker online last night and he said “did you leave your bike at work?  There’s a random bike there and we all assumed it was yours.”  Of course I don’t leave my bike stranded at work!  But that’s not the point.

Today I saw the same bike when I got to work at 10 am and when I left work (the second time) at 8pm (I love split shifts) and I realized that must be the bike in question.  A fucking cheap ass Roadmaster mountain bike!!!  Have they ever seeeeen me on my bicycle?  Clearly a road bike with drop down handlebars… the look is so completely different… and it’s a Trek 520!  Come on…

Yeah… bike snobbery… I generally avoid it but these people just don’t pay attention :-/
